Laboratory of relationships
Advanced Relational Therapy
Transforming relational wounds into healing
through work with sexuality and group processes
Budapest, Hungary | 7-8.10.2026
Monthly intensive trainings - 12 days total
Shay Mashiach is offering a deep dive course on sexuality, relationships - and how to work with them in the “here and now”.
This Laboratory of Relationships combines classical psychodrama methodology with dynamic group therapy, somatic awareness, and sexual healing practices.
The 6 months “train the trainer” course for psychodramatists makes the principle “what was wounded through relationships, can be healed through relationships” come to life.
His holistic approach to sexuality invites participants to reconnect to their life energy and learn how to use it as a power source for the group’s transformation.
Being able to connect to sexuality and the surrounding topics without being limited by shame, taboos or negative past experiences is a challenge in our culture.
So as psychodramatists we need to develop our own connection, language and ways in which to touch this vulnerable, yet powerful field of life.
In order to develop this ability, Shay will use his school’s unique approach called the Interact relationship Arena to work with what arises spontaneously - may it be attractions, conflicts or triggered past experiences. This method allows facilitators to deepen their mastery of present-moment therapeutic work through sophisticated application of sociometric principles, encounter methods and psychodramatic interventions. This way group leaders can harness the immediate relational field as the primary therapeutic tool, moving beyond traditional role-playing to create authentic encounters that facilitate profound healing in real-time.
During the 12 days of this MasterClass participants will learn to:
○ Integrate embodiment practices that activate the life force as a transformative energy
○ Connect to their own sexuality deeply and with greater ease
○ Facilitate therapeutic work about themes of intimacy and sexuality
○ Work directly with the vulnerabilities and relationship patterns that appear in the here-and-now within the group
○ Develop emotional attunement and therapeutic skills to navigate group energy and group dynamics in every stage of a group development process by following the waves of the training group over months.
Professional support & practice:
If participants wish to acquire practice and knowledge in applying the Relationship Arena* method,
they can participate in a supervision process following the course, where they will receive professional support for working with this unique method in their own groups.
Supervision sessions will take place online, offered depending on the request,
for 2 hours per month and will be lead by Shay Mashiach.
