with wide experience in the psychodrama field - over a decade.

and leads the psychodrama department focused on trauma therapy at the InterAct center.
Her career began in the field of special education and theater.

During this time (2001) she was involved in a terrorist attack,
on the campus of the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
Having experienced such trauma herself,
she was determined to help others who had undergone similar experiences.
Studied psychodrama in Kivunim institute, Tel Aviv.
She had her internship in a closed ward in a psychiatric hospital, using group therapy
to treat adults with chronic psychiatric disorders.
Nili continued her studies, focusing on psychotherapy and trauma in Israel (Tel Aviv University)
and abroad. She has worked, throughout the years with a diverse population: settlements and towns bordering on Gaza, centers for victims of sexual abuse, and special complexities relating to life in very closed and highly conservative religious communities.
She also holds psychodrama groups in a rehabilitation center for women and men
suffering from severe substance addictions.

Since the 7.10.23, Nili has been plunged into the reality of extreme trauma treatment.
This involves treatment of survivors of unspeakable terrorist atrocities, post trauma of soldiers,
treating people who have lost their loved ones,
and people whose family members are still hostages in Gaza.
